1. "This season there's lots of colour - so embrace it! Step outside your box and inject colour into your wardrobe. This season we're seeing plums, damson, pink, blues, greens - all bold colours - and when you wear a bold colour up top, it lifts your skintone and brightens your complexion."
2. "There's a definite nod to the 70s this season, and whilst you don't need to be a slave to trends, subtly referencing 1 or 2 is a great way to keep your look fresh and contemporary. And yes, anyone can rock the 70s look at any age. But that doesn't mean you have to dress in it from head to toe. Simply update your wardrobe with a few key pieces - such as a pussy bow blouse or flared jean.
