Dark Horse Ornament operate on a ‘fewer, better’ principle and are dedicated to small batch production within their workshop. They carefully select our materials with sustainability in mind and work with the UK motor industry, purchasing their high-grade surplus hides which they then use to create beautiful new pieces. To avoid waste they only make to order and ensure that every scrap is utilised across a considered range of products, that are not only versatile but made to last and indeed age beautifully. As well as re-using packaging wherever possible and ensuring that our presentation, wrapping and marketing materials are both recycled and recyclable. Not to mention that any additional materials are purchased from within the UK and all of their outsourced processes are based within a 20 mile radius of our studio.
