Returns & Exchanges From a UK Address
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order return it to us / exchange it. Returns and exchanges from a UK address are FREE in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Simply click ‘Request a Return’ in the bottom right corner of the website, and follow the instructions.
You will be able to print off a pre-paid shipping label from us or, if you don't have a printer, we'll let you know the address to send your return to and we will refund you the amount.
Please make sure you return any item in perfect saleable condition with all tags and labels still attached and in its non-damaged original packaging.
Please note, free returns does not apply to any orders placed through 3rd party websites such as Chicmi and a eBay.
Returns & Exchanges From an European or International Address
If you wish to return or exchange an order from a European or other International address, please email contact@thebiascut.com.
Once we have received and confirmed your return/exchange request, you will need to arrange the return at your own cost. Your return must reach us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.
We recommend you use a trackable method and retain proof of posting.
Please make sure you return any item in perfect saleable condition with all tags and labels still attached and in its non-damaged original packaging.
